Sixty two completed nominations have been received for this year’s National Integrity Award (NIA).
Most number of nominations has been received from the Western province but the most salient feature is the high percentage of nominations (29%) received from the Eastern province.
Another significant feature is the larger percentage (36% ) of nominations received from the Public Sector.
The independent panel of judges is now in the process of short listing the nominations.
The winners will be announced at the NIA presentation ceremony on 9 December – UN Anti-Corruption Day.
