President Mahinda Rajapaksa has summoned senior officials of the Presidential Bribery Commission for a special meeting on December 8, to look into the activities of the Commission for Investigation of Bribery or Corruption.
According to the sources, the Presidential Commission is expected to submit a detailed report on the performance of the Bribery Commission so far. The official term of the Bribery or Corruption Commission is due to expire in April.
