Anti-Corruption Cartoon Competition

Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) which brings people together to end the devastating impact of bribery and corruption organized the national Anti-Corruption Cartoon competition 2008 to create awareness on the need to curb corruption and promote integrity.

The response to the competition was overwhelming with over 1,000 entries being received under two categories – youth and adult. Entries were received from all parts of the country and the participants were from all ages – both male and female.  A special panel of judges selected the winners.

A representative selection of cartoons is being exhibited at the BMICH and a book is being released as part of the UN Anti-Corruption Day activities organized by TISL.
