For the tenth consecutive year Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) is planning to present the National Integrity Award on 9th December 2013 to coincide with UN Anti-Corruption Day at a ceremony to be held at the BMICH committee room ‘B’ from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. The award recognizes and honors the courage of individuals/organizations fighting corruption to make them a source of inspiration for the anti-corruption movement.
This year’s theme will be ‘No Impunity’
The ceremony is expected to be attended by a gathering of around 400 people from diverse backgrounds of public sector, corporate sector, media, community based organizations, NGOs, trade unions and Clergy etc.
TISL seeks quotation from event Co-coordinator to assist at the event.
Our requirements are as follows.
- Digital printed backdrop 24 x 14’ with iron structure with a stand.
- Banners and other decorations inside the committee room to highlight TISL and the theme.
- Two video walls including projectors.
- BMICH entrance banner 20’ x 8’ single sided.
- Flower arrangements for podium & oil lamp.
- Coordination of the event. (with TISL staff members and video camera crew)
- Transportation, installation, co ordination, etc
