The Supreme Court yesterday (1) re-fixed for support on July 27 the fundamental rights violation petition filed by ex- Bribery Commissioners complaining of the alleged anomalies and non-payment of their arrears of the increased salary from January 1, 2006 upto the end of January 2009.
Deputy Solicitor General had on June 21 moved for time to obtain instructions from the Secretary to the President and the Director General (Budget) of the Department of National Budget in respect of the fundamental rights petition filed by former Chairman and two Commissioners of the Bribery Commission.
