Rasika Ekanayake, son of Deputy Minister of Highways W.A. Ekanayake and the UPFA Member of a Pradeshiya Sabha, who has been remanded for assaulting, threatening by shooting a constable on his father’s security was denied bail by Chief Magistrate of Anuradhapura Miss. Dharshika Wimalasiri.
She directed that the suspect be remanded till the 19th October
