Background
Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) is the National Chapter of Transparency International (TI), the leading global movement against corruption. TISL raises awareness of the damaging effects of corruption and works with partners in government, business and civil society to develop and implement effective measures to tackle it. TISL is based in Colombo and has three regional offices in Matara, Vavuniya and Kandy.
Overall Objective
TISL seeks the services of a dynamic and competent production team to develop a series of infographic cards and animated type videos on the following.
- Infographics visuals based on three briefing notes provided by TISL on ‘Free and Fair Elections, Freedom of Expression and Laws Affecting RTI’.
- Five animated videos on selected RTI success stories provided by TISL.
Scope of Work
The selected production team will be responsible for the following tasks:
TASK 01
Infographics: Create infographic cards in Sinhala and Tamil covering the topics mentioned below.
Free and Fair Elections – 10 infographic cards in Sinhala and Tamil translations of same
Freedom of Expression – 10 infographic cards in Sinhala and Tamil translations of same
Laws Affecting RTI – 10 infographic cards in Sinhala and Tamil translations of same
Altogether there will be 60 infographic cards (30 Sinhala & 30 Tamil)
TASK 02
Animated videos: 5 animated videos on selected RTI success stories. Each video will be 3-4 min long and will be either in Sinhala or Tamil. Subtitles have to be there in opposite language.
Content development: Work closely with TISL to develop the content for videos and infographics, ensuring clarity and relevance. A document with contents required for development of these infographics and videos will be shared.
Timeline
The production team needs to complete the project by 10th March 2025.
Budget
Will be decided on the creative concept presented.
